ABOUT
Howze Your Health
The formation of HYH came from a desire to share resources, tools, and help build a healthy connection between mental health and the community.
First with sharing on social media with inspirational quotes, resourceful videos, and engaging the community in dialogue and activities that challenged them to seek support and understanding around mental health related topics.
Howze Your Health has since shifted its focus and honed in on supporting child and adolescent mental health. Since its shift, HYH has been able to develop new tools and resources to include a feelings card game and a book titled, In My Mind. Both of which come with extended activities to continue to support social and emotional health.
Howze Your Health continues to expand offering therapy services and therapeutic support in the form of consultation and presentations for clinical and non clinical audiences. We’re hoping the resources created would have not only helped those who have personally worked with us but will get to enter the homes, classrooms, and therapeutic offices of others. Let’s be well together!
